In this energetic role, you will inspire and develop young athletes through engaging soccer training sessions, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. Your enthusiasm and coaching expertise will help children of all skill levels enjoy the game while learning valuable life skills. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on youth development in a lively, supportive environment. Responsibilities Lead fun and structured soccer practices tailored to various age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental soccer techniques, rules, and strategies to young players Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior during training and games Monitor player safety, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines Manage behavior management strategies to create an inclusive and respectful environment Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and encourage continued participation Assist in organizing games, tournaments, and community events that celebrate youth sports Experience Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching children is highly preferred Lifeguard experience or background in swimming, martial arts (such as Karate or Judo), or other physical education disciplines is a plus Knowledge of child development principles and behavior management techniques Background working with students in educational or childcare settings Familiarity with sports like basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or health club activities is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young athletes Demonstrated ability to create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages positive growth and learning Join us at Spirit Premier where your passion for youth sports can inspire the next generation of athletes!
