Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Youth Soccer Coach at <
LOCATION
> Spirit Premier! In this energetic role, you will inspire and develop young athletes by teaching soccer fundamentals, fostering teamwork, and promoting healthy physical activity. Your enthusiasm and coaching expertise will help children build confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy the game in a safe, supportive environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on youth through sports while honing your coaching talents. Responsibilities Lead engaging soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Plan and execute fun, age-appropriate drills that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Monitor and manage participant behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment Provide constructive feedback to help children improve their techniques and understanding of the game Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns Assist in organizing team events, games, and tournaments to foster community spirit Maintain equipment safety standards and ensure the playing area is secure and well-prepared Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching, or childcare is highly desirable Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods Background in lifeguarding or swimming instruction is a plus, demonstrating safety awareness Experience with martial arts such as Karate or Judo enhances ability to teach discipline and focus Strong skills in behavior management to motivate children and promote positive interactions Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Certifications in health club or gym supervision are advantageous but not required Join us at <LOCATION
