CHEER + DANCE COACH

Best Kids Tampa is searching for one energetic, confident, and fun coach who can teach both cheer and dance — inspiring kids, building skills, and making every class an unforgettable moment. If you love choreography, motion technique, chants, jumps, and helping kids find their confidence on the floor — this is your jam. What We're All About Best Kids Tampa runs high-energy, beginner-first programs that teach technique, teamwork, and confidence for kids ages 3-12 . You'll be PAID to train in our proven curriculum and given the support to deliver safe, exciting, and development-focused classes. ✅ Responsibilities Teach age-appropriate cheer & dance classes (warm-ups, motion & technique drills, jumps, choreography, and safe progressions) Break choreography and skills into simple, teachable steps so every child succeeds Lead safe spotting for basic tumbling/progressions when applicable and follow all safety protocols Keep classes organized, high-energy, and inclusive Provide positive, specific feedback and communicate student progress to parents Help plan and run seasonal showcases, recitals, and performance opportunities Assist with light set-up/tear-down and costume/equipment care ✅ Requirements ✔ Must be 18+ and able to pass a Level 2 background check (Florida child-facing requirement) ✔ Reliable transportation to Wesley Chapel, FL ✔ Drug & tobacco-free ✔ Positive, coachable attitude — bring the energy every session ✔ Cheer and dance experience (coaching, competitive, or performance) — coaching experience is a plus ✔ Comfortable teaching beginners ages 3-12 ; safe spotting/spotter knowledge required ✔

Bonus Points:

experience with tumbling progressions, acrobatics, or formal dance training ✅ Compensation & Perks $22
