Job Description
Role and Responsibilities Overview A Lead Coach at Alpha Fit Club is the go-to leader on the floor—mentoring the coaching team, responsible for ensuring their coach team is delivering a five-star class experience every class, and upholding our brand standards. They set the tone by modeling strong energy, technical knowledge, cultivating an engaging environment & support to the studio in achieving business/financial success. The Lead Coach will communicate key updates to their Studio Manager and studio owner(s). They also recruit and onboard all new coaches, ensuring every hire is properly trained, aligned with brand values, and is brought up to Alpha Fit Club standards. Their role is to elevate the coaching environment every day and maintain consistency across the brand. Key Responsibilities Deliver a 5 star coaching experience modeling what the standard should look like Recruit/Hire/Onboard new coaches to their team Quarterly evaluations & 1v1's with coaching staff to ensure their team is constantly improving Participate in ongoing training and development, including internal workshops and education modules. Host monthly staff meetings with studio manager Qualifications Prior leadership experience in group fitness or coaching (preferred) Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent). CPR/AED certified Strong communication and people skills Strong leadership and teaching skills Passion for strength and conditioning, community, and personal growth Ability to embody and represent Alpha Fit Club's culture and values Expectations Consistently deliver the Alpha Fit Club experience and follow all programming guidance. Establish a positive team culture Lead by example and elevate your supporting coaching staff Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times Strive for continuous improvement and leadership development
