• Training starts ASAP, and when your ready your on your own.
• Promotes and maintains a fun and positive environment by applying and implementing sports and physical activities for youth.
• Maintain a positive and inviting environment for all participants.
• Provide participants with engaging sports games and ensure all directions are thoroughly explained.
• Provide participants with proper technique when engaging in particular activities (i.e. basketball, dodgeball, soccer, etc.)
• Communicates, fairly and without bias, to all.
• Maintains professionalism at all times.
• Utilizes proper operation of equipment designed for specific activities.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
