Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking high-energy, passionate coaches to join our dynamic Strength & Conditioning team. Our gym offers a family-oriented, fun, and engaging environment where coaches are encouraged to teach, motivate, and connect with athletes of all levels. This is a part-time coaching role leading group Strength & Conditioning classes. Ideal candidates are confident educators who value proper movement, athlete safety, and positive community culture. Available Class Times Monday-Friday (excluding Wednesday): 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM Class Structure (1 Hour) 10 min
  • Group warm-up, Abs 5 min
  • Workout overview, movement demos, class setup 30-45 min
  • Strength & Conditioning workout 5 min
  • Cool-down and stretching Responsibilities & Duties Communication Brief each class on the workout and scaling options using the whiteboard.
Highlight 1-3 key performance points per segment. Connect individually with every athlete at least once (ideally twice) each class. Foster an inclusive, friendly, and supportive class environment. Coaching Deliver clear and effective movement progressions during coach-led segments. Control class tempo and athlete positioning during instruction and demos. Identify and correct movement faults without slowing the class. Confidently stop, scale, or modify unsafe or improper movement—athlete safety always comes first. Encourage athletes to scale up when appropriate. Use prioritized, methodical cueing during warm-ups, lifting, and conditioning workouts. Required Experience Coaching experience (group or individual) Ability to coach and teach Olympic lifts Minimum 1 year of coaching experience NASM, CSCS, CrossFit Level 1 (L1) preferred
