Job Description

Head Girls Basketball Coach Dodge County Schools Dodge County Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Girls Basketball Coach. This position is not tied to a specific position , but applicants must meet all employment and certification requirements established by the district and the Georgia High School Association.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified teacher, OR Certified paraprofessional, OR Bachelor's degree with eligibility for employment within the district Must meet all GHSA coaching requirements prior to the start of the season
Requirements:
Completion of GHSA Coaching Education Program (PREPARE/First AidPrinciples for Coaching) Successful completion of GHSA certification exams Participation in required GHSA rules clinics Background check and district onboarding requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous head coaching experience Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and program development Ability to build and sustain a competitive program aligned with district expectations
Additional Information:
This position may be combined with available teaching or support positions within the district, if applicable.
