Position Overview:

Creekside High School is looking to hire a Head Girls Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 season. This is a part-time stipend position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Plan and lead volleyball practices and team meetings.
• Coordinate and attend all volleyball events, including games, competitions, and community performances.
• Collaborate with school administrators, athletic directors, and other coaches to ensure the success of the cheerleading program.
• Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and boosters regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
• Manage eligibility and administrative policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in volleyball, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to promoting a positive team culture and fostering the personal development of student-athletes.
• Required Certification in CPR, First Aid, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Concussion, and Heat Illness
• Willingness to adhere to all school and athletic department policies and procedures.
