Whether your expertise lies in sprint coaching, Olympic lifting, bootcamp-style conditioning, Reformer-based athletic training, or mind-body performance, we offer a role that empowers you to lead an exceptional member experience aligned with your background. As a Signature Format Coach , you'll inspire and empower members through high-energy, results-driven programming while cultivating a strong sense of community and belonging. You'll lead with presence, purpose, and a deep understanding of your chosen format's unique identity. Duties Lead high-energy group fitness classes specializing in strength training, conditioning, CrossFit, Pilates, yoga, cycling, dancing, and sports coaching techniques. Design innovative and effective workout programs tailored to diverse fitness levels and goals, incorporating principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results for all participants. Provide personalized coaching tips and modifications to accommodate individual needs within group settings. Foster an engaging class environment that encourages participation, motivation, and camaraderie among members. Promote the health club's services by educating participants about fitness programs, personal training options, and membership benefits. Maintain a safe workout environment by adhering to gym safety protocols and ensuring equipment is used correctly. Requirements Proven experience in group fitness instruction with certifications in areas such as CrossFit, Pilates, Yoga, or other relevant disciplines. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles to create effective workouts. Skilled in teaching diverse fitness modalities including kickboxing, cycling, dancing, sports coaching, and functional training methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of all ages and fitness levels. Ability to demonstrate exercises safely while providing clear instructions and modifications as needed. Prior experience in a health club or gym environment preferred; certification in personal training or fitness sales is a plus.
