Job Description
Company Description Lazers Soccer Club provides comprehensive youth and adult soccer programs to 3,500+ players annually. Role Description This is a fall and spring season on-site coaching position located in Peachtree City, GA. Lazers is currently looking for adults at least of 18 years of age. Schedule is based on the part timer's availability. Part Time Staff coaches typically work a 1-3 days per week in a variety of ways with our large player pool and the club's volunteer coaching staff. Qualifications Previous Coaching/Playing Experience in soccer is preferred USSF National Grassroots (National "E") Licenses, or Non-US National "E" Equivalent is preferred Ability to Demonstrate Techniques and Follow Lazers Core Coaching Principles Ability to follow and teach Lazers Core Principles and the Lazers Vernacular Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with players, parents, and other staff members Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire athletes in a positive and constructive manner Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required Pay is based on experience.
