We are seeking passionate and dedicated Track and Field Coaches to join our athletic program. The ideal candidates will be responsible for recruiting talented student-athletes to join our program, fostering both their athletic and academic growth. Coaches will be expected to create a positive and inclusive team environment, develop training plans that enhance athlete performance, and uphold the values and standards of our institution.Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and engage prospective student-athletes to join the Track and Field program while emphasizing academic enrollment. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for student-athletes in various track and field events. Mentor and guide athletes, ensuring their growth both on and off the field. Promote academic excellence and monitor the educational progress of team members. Plan and execute team practices, competitions, and special events. Foster a positive team culture and enforce discipline, respect, and teamwork. Collaborate with athletic and academic staff to support each athlete's development and success. Maintain compliance with all institutional, conference, and governing body regulations.Qualifications:
Proven coaching experience in track and field at the high school, collegiate, or equivalent level. Strong recruitment skills, with a focus on athlete development and academic integration. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.To Apply:
