Aqua Buddies Swim School is dedicated to teaching swimmers of all ages to be water safe, confident, and have fun in the water.The Role:
We're looking for a reliable, experienced swim instructor to join our team as an on-call substitute at our Kailua, Oahu location. You'll step in when our regular instructors need coverage, working with students of varying ages and skill levels.What You'll Do:
- Lead swim lessons for students of all ages using provided curriculum
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and fun pool environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Adapt instruction to meet each student's individual needs
What We're Looking For:
- Prior swim teaching experience required
- Comfortable working with all ages and skill levels
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to coverage requests on short notice
- Passion for water safety and helping students build confidence
Pay:
$18.00- $25.
