Yesterday Job Description Head 7th Grade Football Coach to begin in the 2026-27 school year Stipend = $3,188 (2026-27 school year) BMS Coaching qualifications: BMS coaches must demonstrate an understanding of the full range of physical and social/emotional needs of our middle school student athletes. They should consistently display a personal manner and a professional skill set that would inspire participation and build the confidence and skill necessary for all players to improve as both students and athletes. Qualifications for this position: Must have or be able to obtain an Iowa Coaching license. Must be able to be at Bettendorf Middle School by 3:00 pm to lead practice. Responsibilities of this position: Plan and lead practices and team activities designed to develop your student athletes. Monitor the academic progress of your student athletes and adhere to the school's eligibility guidelines. Supervise the locker room before and after all practices and games. Keep track of all equipment issued and help put away at the end of season.

Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
