Job Description

Maquoketa High School has the following opening: HS Varsity Boys Soccer Coach 2026-2027 school year
Qualifications:
Current coaching endorsement or authorization Lead a clear program vision that promotes athlete development, safety, and respect. Model ethical conduct and comply with all district, state, and organizational policies. Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with athletes, families, and staff. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that protects athlete well-being. Foster a positive team culture that values effort, growth, and participation. Plan and run purposeful practices and prepare teams for competition. Engage in ongoing professional growth to support long-term program success.
