The head coach will evaluate, recruit, coach, and mentor, qualified student-athletes that will be a part of our cheerleading program. The successful candidate will oversee the organization of all team practices, events, and budgets and have a strong knowledge and commitment to the Cornell College Gameday Experience. Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required; experience in coaching at the college level is preferred. The successful candidate will have a solid knowledge of the sport, be eager to learn and assist with all aspects of coaching, have strong people skills, be dedicated to enriching the experience of the student-athlete, and be committed to the development and success of the cheer and dance program.
