Immediately Job Description Assists the head coach in practice, teaching techniques, and preparing for competition. Helps promote discipline, sportsmanship, and safety Supports individual skill development and overall athlete development. Promotes academic accountability, teamwork, and positive behavior among student-athletes. Communicates effectively with players, parents, and school staff Requires coaching endorsement/authorization through the Iowa BOEE. Questions should be directed to Rachel Fisher, Athletic Director.
