QUALIFICATIONS
: Employment as a teacher and/or coach with a valid Iowa Coaching Certificate or Coaching Endorsement. Please review the UCSD Actions of Excellence to gain an understanding of the expecations for UCSD employees.REPORTS TO
: PrincipalJOB GOAL
: To instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student-athlete shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation and internalization of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Implements "quality" principles and tools to improve effectiveness of program.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
: Contract as determined by sport and season dates. Compensation to be negotiated between the Urbandale Education Association and the Board of Education.EVALUATION
: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board of Education.
