If you love fitness, people, and creating a fun high-energy environment, this could be a great fit. What you'd be doing: Coaching CrossFit classes and helping members move safely and confidently Creating a welcoming, encouraging class environment Helping people improve their fitness, consistency, and confidence Cueing movement, correcting technique, and keeping classes running smoothly Keeping the gym clean, organized, and ready to go Being part of the community and bringing good energy What we're looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching and working with people Good communication skills and positive energy Basic understanding of CrossFit and functional fitness Ability to lead a group and make classes feel fun, supportive, and organized Someone who's reliable, coachable, and excited to keep learning Experience coaching CrossFit or group fitness is definitely a plus, but attitude, energy, and people skills matter a ton to us too.
