Job Description

Eagle Rock Gymnastics Academy is a locally owned gymnastics club dedicated to providing high-quality, developmentally appropriate preschool and recreational gymnastics instruction in the Idaho Falls area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager/Youth Emotional Coach . This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to contribute to both the administrative operations and the emotional well-being of our young athletes. We are looking for a candidate interested in long-term employment and growing with our organization. Key Responsibilities:
New Client Intake:
Warmly welcome and onboard new clients, creating a positive first impression.
Enrollment Specialist:
Efficiently manage the enrollment process for new students.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and potential hires.
Time Management:
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Financial Oversight:
Manage and monitor profit and loss reports.
Recruitment:
Interview and evaluate potential new employees.
New Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Timekeeping:
Maintain accurate records of employee working hours.
Client Membership Management:
Oversee and maintain accurate client memberships.
Billing:
Process billing and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Character Development Program:
Promote and communicate our Powerful Words character development program monthly.
Compassionate Interaction:
Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
Youth Emotional Coaching:
Support the emotional well-being of children, providing a safe and encouraging space.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (Required) Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Compassionate and supportive attitude toward children Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities Commitment to long-term employment and professional growth
