To Be Determined Job Description Idaho Arts Charter School is seeking an experienced and motivated head coach for the award winning Platinum Dance Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma Certification in first aid and CPR Demonstrated knowledge of high school dance principals and concepts, music selection, choreography, costuming, sports training, conditioning, injury prevention, kinesiology, management, and the rules of the Idaho High School Activities Association Handbook Related experience as determined by the Board Technical knowledge of stunts and spotting Ability to foster and sustain students' interest in high school dance and promote skill development Possess good organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work harmoniously with students, parents, and colleagues Maintain confidentiality of staff and students

To motivate and develop each participants' skills, attitudes, and habits that will guide them toward success, personal growth, and good character. To provide examples of fair play, team building, and respect. Provide leadership and motivation to excel.
