Job Description

Looking for a basketball instructor to teach basketball skill classes in our basketball academy for children & teens, ages 4
  • 16.
Group classes have 2-3 instructors in a class, with 5-7 students per coach. Instructors teach dribble, shooting and finishing at the rim, with a new skill learned each week. Also run scrimmage classes where you actively coach while reffing. This is a fun environment, meet many awesome children and teenagers, while also pushing students to try their hardest and improve. This has also been great experience for our instructors to learn and then move on to coaching positions in high schools in the area and others places. This could be a dream job teaching a game you love.
EXPERIENCE
Would like someone with some coaching experience and or some level college level basketball experience.
SUMMER HOURS
Classes Monday
  • Thursday, 9:30am
  • 3:00pm, or 9:30
  • 1pm depending on the day.
You can schedule private lessons around your schedule.
FALL HOURS
Classes Monday
  • Thursday, 3:30pm
  • 9:00pm, or 3:30pm
  • 6pm, depending on day.
PAY:
$18/hour teaching skill classes & scrimmage. $30/hour when teaching private lessons
