Youth Soccer Coaches (Local League, Regional, and National-Level Teams) Team Chicago Soccer Club is seeking passionate, committed, and development-minded coaches to join our growing coaching staff. We are hiring coaches across multiple competitive levels , ranging from local league teams to regional and national-level platforms . This is a great opportunity to work within a structured, ambitious club environment that prioritizes player development while competing at a high level. About Team Chicago Team Chicago is a player-first club focused on long-term development, competitive excellence, and building confident, well-rounded athletes. Our teams compete across a variety of leagues and platforms, offering coaches opportunities to grow within the club and work at levels that match their experience and ambition. Coaching Opportunities Include Local league teams (grassroots & foundation phases) Competitive travel teams Regional and national-level leagues and showcases Pathway opportunities for coaches seeking progression within the club Coaching Environment with newly laid Turf Field, Indoor Turf and Futsal. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions Coach teams in league matches, tournaments, and showcases Foster a positive, disciplined, and development-focused team environment Support individual player development both on and off the field Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership Represent Team Chicago with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Previous coaching experience (youth, club, high school, college, or professional level preferred) U.S. Soccer, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent coaching licenses (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for player development and team culture Availability for evening training sessions and weekend games National-level experience is a plus but not required for all positions What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and team level Clear coaching pathway within the club Supportive leadership and collaborative coaching environment Opportunities to coach at higher competitive levels Access to strong facilities and a growing club infrastructure Continuing education and mentorship opportunities
