We have 24 clubs, 3 leagues, 100+ players, youth and adult divisions, and a mission to destroy pay-to-play. The Beverly Youth Soccer Team is a brand-new youth program we're building from scratch — starting with ages 4-17 and growing into a full club structure. We're looking for a Youth Soccer Coach who can run sessions and help shape the culture of our youngest players. The Opportunity This is a summer coaching role with the potential to continue into the fall season (August 22 - November 22). Help separate players into age groups as the program grows 3. Manage Games Once players are situated, schedule friendlies and 1-2 league games on Saturdays or Sundays Coach during games — keep it competitive while ensuring new players get real minutes 4. Create a Positive Environment Build confidence and a love for the game in young players Communicate with parents and keep them informed of progress Maintain a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment Who You Are Experienced with youth.
