About the Role F45 Edwardsville is hiring a Full-Time Head Coach to lead our coaching team and deliver a world-class member experience. This role is for a high-energy fitness professional who can confidently lead classes, mentor other coaches, and help build a strong, positive studio culture. You'll be a key leader in the studio — setting the standard for coaching quality, professionalism, and community. Key Responsibilities Coach F45 group training classes with strong floor presence Lead and mentor part-time and assistant coaches Uphold F45 coaching standards and studio culture Assist with onboarding and training new coaches Build relationships with members and create an engaging environment Support studio events, challenges, and community initiatives Ensure consistent class quality and member experience Qualifications Group fitness coaching experience preferred Leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to confidently demonstrate and correct movement Reliable, punctual, and professional Passion for health, fitness, and community F45 experience is a plus — but not required. We provide F45-specific training. Schedule Expectations Full-time availability Mix of morning and evenings.
