What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor coaches, fostering a positive team culture Coach fun, skill-building classes and practices Oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and facility excellence Build strong relationships with families and staff

What You Bring:

Gymnastics coaching experience (rec and competitive) Strong leadership and organizational skills Great with people—staff, kids, and parents alike Certifications in USAG, SafeSport, CPR/First Aid (or willing to get them)
