Glen Ellyn School District 41 Glen Ellyn District 41 is Seeking a Cheer Coach at
Hadley Group IV Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular practice sessions. Develop routines and cheers for performances at games and events. Teach proper cheerleading techniques, including stunts and tumbling. Foster a positive and supportive team environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members. Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and the Athletic Director. Attend games and events to support the team and promote school spirit.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience in cheerleading, preferably at the junior high level. Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques and safety protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and mentor young athletes.
