LIFT Chicago is a private boutique Strength & Conditioning Studio located in the heart of Chicago's Metropolitan area. Our team is made up of former collegiate/professional strength coaches that sought out a better lifestyle while still doing what we love. We are dedicated to our craft and are looking to hire like minded individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have completed an undergraduate degree in exercise science or health related field. Must be able to demonstrate a high-level understanding of both physiological AND anatomical systems and structure and how that applies to training. Must be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and be highly motivated. Must be detail oriented. Experience in a strength and conditioning setting is preferred. CSCS or equivalent certification Preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsibilities include learning the
HIT/HIIT
strength training and conditioning protocol as carried out by LIFT. Educating clients on proper lifting and conditioning technique through verbal communication and demonstration. The ability to assist, and then conduct client training sessions. Must be able to track client progress on a daily basis using the principles of periodization/progressive overload. Candidates must have the ability to coach and motivate clients to meet their full potential. Willing to perform administrative duties. Candidates will be responsible for set-up of strength training workouts and conditioning workouts for Lift Chicago clients, along with the daily maintenance of the weight room. Must be willing to work early mornings. Must adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by Lift Chicago. Professional attributes needed for the position include great communication skills with staff, administration, and clients. Solid organizational skills and detailed documentation abilities are a must.
