We make it easy and free for coaches to: Position Overview We're looking for motivated & experienced coaches to join our network in the Philadelphia area (including the city and all surrounding counties/towns). We have over 3,000 coaches and we operate in every state. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you decide your rates, availability, and training locations. We provide the tech, support, and marketing

We're looking for coaches with great experience across the following sports: baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, golf, ice hockey, lacrosse, mental performance, pickleball, soccer, softball, strength & speed, swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball Who This Is For This role is perfect for current or former college/pro athletes, current or past high school/club coaches, or experienced trainers looking to take control of their schedule and income while increasing their traffic. You must be passionate about helping young athletes improve, and ready to commit at least 8 hours a week. Please only apply if you're serious about coaching

• from beginner to advanced levels Set your own rates (most sessions range from $30
• 100/hour) Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.) Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments Build long-term relationships with athletes and families Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction

The AU average is 10+ lessons per client! Important Requirements Minimum 8 hours/week availability Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours) All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
