Job Description
This job post is for multiple openings at our Lincolnshire location. We're looking for people who LOVE to work with kids and want to make their OWN work schedule . Build up your schedule based on your availability and keep it the same week after week. You don't have to be the best swimmer, but we prefer past experience as an instructor/teacher. Regardless of experience, we'll train you in the Streamline Methodology. 4-5 Hour shifts max. (Perfect for students or second job) PTO and 401k with 5% Match Work with the same students every week (Build strong relationships) Paid training (Get paid to learn to teach) Competitive starting pay (starts at $23/hr with an addition earning potential) Potential growth to supervisor/managerial roles. 97% 1-on-1 private based program (No giant groups = An instructor's dream job) Simple 2 step interview process: Our application process consists of a virtual phone screening followed by In-person interview. Based out of the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort, we teach everyone from toddlers to adults. At Streamline Swim, we hold ourselves to a higher standard than the typical swim school. Must Be/Have:
