As a coach, you'll lead engaging training sessions, build teamwork and strategy, and help players improve both in-game and in real life.

What You'll Do:

Coach players (ages 7-17) in Fortnite mechanics, game sense, and teamwork Develop weekly lesson plans and custom drills for different skill levels Provide positive, constructive feedback to players and parents Promote sportsmanship, communication, and a growth mindset Monitor and manage online/offline scrimmages, practices, and tournaments Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create an awesome gaming environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with

Fortnite:

building, editing, strategy, and game knowledge Passion for coaching, mentoring, and working with kids and teens Excellent communication and leadership skills Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a group in a dynamic setting Familiarity with Discord, Epic Games Launcher, and basic PC troubleshooting Prior coaching or teaching experience is a plus , but not required Email Resumes to
