Technology, Software, IT, Electronics Description Description SAIC is seeking a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach located at Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois to support the First Army Mobilization Assistance Team Holistic Soldier Readiness (HSR) Program to oversee and support a comprehensive training program to ensure it meets strategic goals and delivers effective results for personnel. You will manage communication and mentorship across teams, help execute specialized training courses, assist with data collection for program evaluations, and support quality assurance through site visits and regular reporting. Additionally, you'll work closely with the program director to coordinate efforts and provide updates on progress to leadership.JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure that all training executed is aligned with the strategic objectives of the HSR program and designed to meet the command identified desired outcomes of the program. Establish and execute a communication system with all personnel across the program to provide guidance and mentorship to ensure program efficacy. Oversee and assist as required in the execution of Warfighter Human Performance Courses across all Brigades (BDE's) and the First Army Headquarters (HQ) Coordinate and assist as required in the capture of data necessary for submission to the HSR Program Director for the development and delivery of a reporting system which will ensure program efficacy. As required, support the HSR Program Director in all staffing actions related to the HSR program. Support the HSR Program Director in the execution of quarterly site visits to all First Army Brigades (BDE) to conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement observations. Submit all reports to the HSR Program Director for evaluation of program effectiveness. Attend all HSR meetings at the First Army Headquarters to communicate Program status and progress towards meeting the command identified requirements of the Program. Support Mobile Training Teams (MTT) with site visits as required. QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
M.S. or Terminal degree in Exercise Science or a closely related fieldExperience:
A minimum of five years delivering Human Performance training to professional, collegiate or military audiences with two of these years concentrated upon the delivery of Strength and Conditioning programs.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
