Job Description

Ida Crown Jewish Academy is currently seeking a JV Girls Head Basketball Coach for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The JV Girls Head Coach will help develop and provide effective instruction while demonstrating a high level of leadership and positive learning environment for the student-athletes.
Responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain a team culture that emphasizes core values of encouragement, accountability, unity, and positivity Set and enforce high standards of exemplary behavior for coaches and players that reflect positively on the school and community Build an attitude of camaraderie, motivation, and team spirit where team members cheer, challenge, and support each other Lead all JV practices and games that help players develop their skills and fundamentals
