Summer Sports Camp Coaches

Duties Lead a variety of sports activities including agility drills, games, and more. Ensure the safety of all participants by supervising activities closely and implementing proper behavior management techniques Teach fundamental skills in sports and fitness while encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship Maintain a positive environment that motivates children to participate actively and confidently Collaborate with fellow coaches to plan daily schedules, adapt activities for different skill levels, and ensure smooth camp operations Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and address any behavioral or safety concerns promptly Assist with setup and cleanup of activity areas to ensure a clean and organized camp space Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a camp or childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge and experience with sports such as soccer, baseball, softball, flag football, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate children and manage behavior effectively Passion for teaching physical activities and promoting healthy lifestyles among youth Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods This dynamic role is perfect for energetic individuals who love working with kids, have a passion for sports and fitness, and want to make a positive impact during the summer months.
