The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness coaching and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. As a CrossFit Coach, you will lead group classes, provide individualized training, and create an inspiring environment that fosters community and personal growth. Duties Lead engaging and effective CrossFit classes that cater to various skill levels. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols. Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages teamwork and motivation. Skills Strong knowledge of CrossFit methodologies and techniques (CF-L1 certification minimum). We will help pay for CF-L1 if you still need to get it. It is mandatory in order to start coaching. Experience in group fitness instruction Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively. Ability to create a positive, energetic environment that encourages participation and commitment. Additional Notes We are currently in need of a CF-L1 (or higher) that is able to coach evening classes. Additional shifts/classes are available for coaching upon request!
