Developmental/Xcel Competitive Gymnastics Coach

We are hiring a full or part-time gymnastics coach for SET-10 Gymnastics, an affiliated program of More Than Gymnastics in Fort Wayne, Ind. SET-10 USAG

Developmental and/or Xcel programs.

Your primary responsibilities would be:

• Implementing practice structures and systems to accomplish performance goals
• Executing team, level and individual training plans, including strength and conditioning
• Oversight and tracking progress of program participants
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Coordinating team training programs with other activities/programs in the gym
• Attend competitions, training camps and other events as needed.
• Foundational feeder program, developing new talent from the MTG class programs An ideal candidate is:
• Capable of following directions and leading individual groups to achieve objectives
• Capable of building relationships, communicating in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner
• Motivated to learn and implement new concepts.
• A teacher/mentor who uses progressions and positive reinforcement to build better athletes and better people.

Qualified candidates must:

• Have coaching experience in the USAG Developmental or Xcel Program (or equivalent)
• USAG member
• Safety certified
• Safe sport trained/eligible
