Job Description
Position Overview The head coach provides leadership of the program through teaching, coaching, mentoring, character development, and recruiting high quality student-athletes. The head coach is also accountable for all aspects of a Division I sport program, including but not limited to: compliance, budget, scheduling, staff oversight, etc. Responsibilities
- Establishing a positive team culture and promoting exceptional student-athlete experiences
- Evaluating and recruiting academically qualified and athletically talented student athletes
- Organizing and conducting team workouts and competition
- Arranging a Division I schedule and team travel
- Managing the operating and scholarship budgets

Paid Time Off and Holidays:
- 20 days of paid time off (vacation and PTO days) per Fiscal year
