Legacy Heat Volleyball Club Head Coach

Legacy Heat Volleyball Club is seeking experienced, energetic, and dedicated coaches for both Regional and National Head Coaching positions. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and are passionate about developing athletes and helping them take their game to the next level. As our program continues to grow, we are excited to bring on coaches who are eager to make a lasting impact and help build a strong, competitive legacy.

Position Overview:

Regional Head Coach

Compensation:

$1,500-$3,000

Practice Schedule:

2-3 practices per week National Head Coach

Compensation:

$4,200-$5,000

Practice Schedule:

3 practices per week

Travel:

Required travel to out-of-state tournaments (within a 6-hour radius)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead structured, effective practice sessions
• Develop athletes' skills, game knowledge, and confidence
• Communicate consistently with parents regarding tournaments, schedules, and team activities
• Organize and support team bonding opportunities
• Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture

What We're Looking For:

• Prior coaching experience (club, high school or college level preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for athlete development and team success
