Head Softball Coach - Full-Time

Bethel University is seeking a full-time Head Softball Coach to lead our intercollegiate softball program with a commitment to Christ-centered leadership, competitive excellence, and student-athlete development. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, this position oversees all aspects of the program including coaching, recruiting, mentoring, spiritual formation, compliance, and program operations. Candidates should possess collegiate coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and Bethel University's mission.
