We're dedicated to creating confident swimmers while building strong community relationships. Part-time positions available. No swim or teaching experience? No problem! We'll train you!

What We're Looking For:

Passion for working with children and supporting our mission of drowning prevention Must be 16+ with a high school education Ability to work at least 3 shifts/week, including Saturdays (4-6 hours each) Strong work ethic, high energy, and a willingness to learn CPR certification is required after training (within 30 days)

Responsibilities:

Family Experience Associate:

Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with families Communicate Aqua-Tots program details and sell the experience Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and handle customer concerns

Water Safety Instructor:

Prioritize safety and follow established protocols Teach Aqua-Tots curriculum and communicate student progress Maintain a clean and safe pool environment
