Job Description
Fort Hays Tech | Northwest is seeking an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. FHNW is a small, rural technical college located in Goodland, KS. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting the head coach in the following areas: operating the women's basketball program (recruiting, scheduling, fundraising, travel, budgeting and practice plans); coaching, teaching, and training students in skills and strategies related to competition; and mentoring and maintaining discipline of student athletes ensuring their academic progress. The assistant coach shall represent Fort Hays Tech | Northwest and the program in a professional manner, while enforcing college and NJCAA and KJCCC guidelines governing the sport.
