Job Description

The Head Women's Flag Football Coach is a 12-month position that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bethel College women's flag football program within the guidelines set forth by Bethel College, KCAC, and NAIA.
Position highlights:
Organize practices and competitions including JV competitions Recruit, hire and evaluate all assistant coaches Perform administrative duties for program in regards to game schedules, budget management, travel arrangements, scheduling of practice facility, and academic support Purchase and maintain all related equipment Maintain NAIA eligibility and all other related documentation For a complete job description, please see the website at https://www.bethelks.edu/about-bethel/career-opportunities
