Girls Flag Football Camp Head Coach (Contract Position) NPWR Training Wichita, KS Job Details Temporary | Seasonal | Contract 17 hours ago Qualifications Sports and outdoor activities Sports team experience Working with high schoolers Leadership Camp Full Job Description Girls Flag Football Camp Head Coach (Contract Position) NPWR Training is seeking a Girls Flag Football Camp Head Coach to help lead an upcoming youth and high school girls flag football camp in Wichita, Kansas. The Head Coach will play a key role in planning and executing the camp while creating a positive, fun, and empowering experience for athletes. Responsibilities may include assisting with camp planning, helping promote the event, leading on-field instruction, and recruiting additional coaches or volunteers as needed. Female applicants are strongly preferred. Candidates should have previous coaching and/or playing experience, be reliable, communicate effectively, and have a passion for developing young athletes.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and organizing the camp Lead football drills, instruction, and gameplay activities Help promote the camp within the community and on social media Assist with recruiting additional coaches or volunteers Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for athletes Communicate professionally and consistently throughout the planning process
Preferred Qualifications:
Coaching experience in flag football, football, or related sports Playing experience in flag football, football, or other competitive athletics Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Passion for youth sports and athlete development
