Teaching Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. This is a rewarding opportunity to help others develop their swimming abilities and promote water safety.

Duties:

• Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
• Teach proper swimming techniques and skills
• Provide individualized instruction based on each student's needs and abilities
• Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
• Maintain a clean and organized swimming area
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Experience:

• 3 years of previous experience as a swim instructor
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels
• Ability to climb in and out of the pool multiple times during lessons

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with individuals of all ages, including children
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Must have high school diploma/GED
• Must provide reference
