Swim Instructor (Child-Focused, Private Lessons) Swim with Bekah - Baton Rouge / Ascension Parish Area About the Role "This is a selective position for individuals who want to grow into high-level swim instruction—not just teach lessons." Swim with Bekah is a private swim lesson program focused on helping children build true confidence, comfort, and skill in the water through one-on-one instruction. This is not a traditional swim instructor position. We do not follow standard group-based or survival-only methods. Our approach blends water safety, emotional awareness, and skill progression to create long-term swimmers—not just short-term results. We are currently hiring 1-2 instructors to join and grow within the program.
