Part Time Golf Instructor

About Us:

At Matchplay Golf and Sports Lounge, we combine a high-energy sports bar atmosphere with state-of-the-art golf simulators, great food, and leagues. We're all about making golf accessible, fun, and engaging for everyone! As we gear up for the upcoming season, we are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable Part-Time Golf Professional to join our team for evening shifts. If you love the game and enjoy coaching in a vibrant, social indoor simulator environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Provide Expert Instruction:

Deliver high-quality individual and group golf lessons utilizing our advanced golf simulator technology. Engage with

Guests:

Conduct complimentary swing evaluations, welcome guests, and help foster an inclusive, fun environment.

Support Leagues & Events:

Assist with leagues and tournaments

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience as a Teaching Professional, Assistant Pro, or high-level collegiate golfer is preferred. (PGA/LPGA associates or apprentices are a huge plus!).

Availability:

Specifically looking for someone available for part-time hours during evening shifts and select weekends.

Tech-Comfortable:

Willingness to learn and utilize golf simulator/launch monitor data to analyze swings and track student progress.

People Person:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should be just as comfortable chatting with regulars at the bar as you are breaking down a swing plane.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
