To Be Determined Job Description The Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following coaching positions for the 2026-2027 school year:
  • Varsity Girls Soccer Coach
  • Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Coach
  • Middle School Girls Soccer Coach Successful candidates will demonstrate strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, player development, sportsmanship, and team leadership.
Coaches should possess the ability to positively motivate and engage student-athletes while fostering a safe, inclusive, and competitive athletic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Planning and conducting practices and games Promoting good sportsmanship and teamwork Supervising student-athletes during team activities and travel Communicating effectively with athletes, families, administration, and athletic staff Ensuring compliance with MIAA and district policies and procedures Supporting the academic and personal growth of student-athletes Please apply online through SchoolSpring or submit a written letter of interest to Athletic Director Eric Dawley by email at edawley@awrsd.org .
