Looking for a fun, flexible part-time role where you can stay active while making a real impact? The YMCA of the North Shore is excited to launch aquatics programming at our NEW Soul Center YMCA, formerly the Beverly Athletic Club , featuring a shallow heated indoor saltwater pool — and we're looking for Swim Instructors to join our team! No Experience? No Problem! We provide paid training for the right candidates! You'll learn the YMCA Swim Curriculum, shadow experienced instructors, earn certifications, and receive ongoing coaching and support. What You'll Do As a Swim Instructor, you will: Teach swim skills to children and adults of all ability levels Lead engaging group and private lessons using YMCA swim progression Promote water safety and build lifelong confidence in the water Work with all ages — from Parent/Child classes to adult learners ✅ Assess swimmer progress and provide positive, encouraging feedback ✨ Why You'll Love Working at the Y ✅
