  • Part-time Xcel Gymnastics Coach (Part-Time to Full-Time) About the Role We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Xcel Gymnastics Coaches to join our team!
You will work with gymnasts across all Xcel program levels helping athletes develop technical skills, competitive confidence, and a love for the sport. This position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities Work as a team to structure practices for Xcel gymnasts across a range of competitive levels Teach and refine skills across all four events (vault, bars, beam, floor) tailored to each athlete's level and goals Prepare athletes for USAG Xcel competitions, including choreography, routines, and meet-day coaching Monitor athlete progress, set goals, and communicate regularly with parents and gym leadership Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment at all times Attend competitions, clinics, and team events as required Follow all USA Gymnastics rules, policies, and SafeSport guidelines Preferred Qualifications USAG professional development or rating certifications Experience coaching multiple Xcel levels simultaneously What We Offer Part-time to full-time hours with room to grow Competitive hourly pay based on experience A supportive team environment that values coach development The opportunity to make a lasting impact on young athletes
