CrossFit Coach

Duties:

• Lead and instruct Crossfit classes, providing guidance and motivation to participants
• Develop and implement effective workout programs that align with the goals and abilities of individuals and groups
• Demonstrate proper techniques for exercises and movements, ensuring safety and injury prevention
• Provide modifications and progressions for participants with different fitness levels or limitations
• Educate participants on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
• Assist with fitness sales, including promoting memberships and additional services

Requirements:

• Certified Crossfit Coach with a strong background in fitness coaching
• Experience in CrossFit is a must
• Ability to cycle through different class formats and adapt to the needs of participants
• Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct, motivate, and educate participants
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for members
