Qualifications:

High School Diploma; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Ability to train and motivate athletes to perform at a peak level. Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff. Desire to help student athletes achieve success beyond high school First Aid and CPR Certification required. Must obtain MIAA coaching certification within one year of assignment. Ability to problem solve Good communication skills.
